RevenueWell is Named the 8th Best Place to Work in Chicago

RevenueWell has been named the 8th best place to work in Chicago by Crain's Chicago Business. It's also among the top places of employment for Baby Boomers.‍

If you don't know, now you know: RevenueWell is one of the top places to work in the great city of Chicago.After pouring over 8,800 employee surveys, Crain's Chicago Business named RevenueWell the No. 8 workplace in its annual Top 100 countdown of Chicagoland businesses.

‍"It's a bottom-up culture at RevenueWell, an eight-year-old company that uses technology to automate scheduling and follow-up communication between dentists and patients. 'We thought about how to build a culture where we step back and let people create their own rituals, a place that's transparent, safe, collaborative,' recalls Alex Nozdrin, RevenueWell's 36-year-old co-founder. He points to an engineer who's into mixology and became their maker of weekly cocktails, and an IT professional whose smoked-beef skills make pizza day a whole lot more tasty."

‍After learning of RevenueWell's latest distinction, Nozdrin (affectionately called "Z" inside the office) hopped on the company Slack channel to thank and celebrate with the entire team.

"Can you guys believe this? You guys are so awesome for making this happen," Z wrote. "Love you all and what we’re building together!"

Along with being named Chicago's No. 8 overall workplace, RevenueWell was also named the city's No. 2 small business and No. 3 best place of employment for Baby Boomers.

"I was attracted to this place because it's not conventional," said RevenueWell's head of Human Resources, Sue Fuller, a Boomer herself. "I can make a difference, I'm accepted for my wisdom. Boomers and millennials—we have an appreciation for each other's eras."

From the aforementioned pizza parties and craft cocktail hours to a competitive benefits package and collaborative workspace, the culture inside RevenueWell is certainly bustling.

"When I think of RevenueWell," says systems administrator Lisa Guadiana, "I think: opportunity. I think: never a dull moment. By the end of 2018, we're going to be huge."
