What is Phone 2.0?

A new and improved version of the phone system you have now, including game-changing features and patient engagement tools like:  

  • Automated missed call texts – Set your phones to send a text when your office misses a call so you never lose an opportunity to snag a new patient.
  • Mobile app integration – Make and receive calls from the RevenueWell app anywhere, anytime.
  • Patient lists – Auto create lists of patients(like those who haven’t accepted a proposed treatment) and call them with one click.
  • Patient Side bar – quickly contact customers from any screen with the patient side bar (launching later this year)

Why are we sunsetting the one I have?

We’ve made significant enhancements to the product and will no longer be supporting your current version. In order to provide the best customer care, we need to get you on the updated system.

Will it cost me more?

No, with your annual agreement we’re giving the phones for free and the price per line will remain the same as what you’re paying now.

Do I have to migrate?

Yes, we are no longer supporting the older phone system.

Will there be downtime?

No, we’ve setup a process where phones can be prepared a head of time.  Our goal is to make this as seamless as possible for you.

Do I get new phones?

Yes, we even prefer you go this route! Get new phone hardware with an annual contract.

Why do I have to sign a new order?

For inventory and tracking purposes, we just need to get the order details correct and aligned with the new phone lines. The DocuSign agreement is what ties it together in our system.  

Do I have send back my old phones?

No, you can dispose of them.
