January 2025 Product Release Notes

This month’s release includes new campaign reporting available to multi-location practices. Get insight into campaign performance across some, or all, of your locations so that you can clearly see what’s driving appointments and revenue.  

Enterprise Campaign Reporting

You can now download a CSV report that aggregates all the custom and auto communications you’ve sent from all your locations.

To access your reports:  

  1. Log into your Enterprise Admin Portal
  1. Go to the menu option titled Reporting.
  1. Click Reporting to open the Reporting feature. From there you can run a report.

You can customize the data range of the report. The report will also show what campaigns and auto communications each location sent, number of messages sent in each campaign, visits and revenue generated from each campaign, and more.
