This month's release includes a new enhancement to both versions of Insurance Verification to improve the patient experience.
You can now verify secondary insurance in both Insurance Verification and Insurance Verification Pro. If your patients have secondary insurance, you'll see two icons, Primary (P) and Secondary (S), displayed in the patients’ appointments under appointment listings. Being able to automatically verify secondary insurance can help patients understand their coverage and pay for dental treatments their primary plan doesn’t cover.
